Here in the UK I buy My Protein Impact Whey, it isn't a fancy brand and doesn't even come with a tub (in a pouch lol) but it's cheap and does the job for me. Only issue I have with it is the damn gas!

I use ON Vanilla with Vanilla almond milk and mix it with 3-4 big strawberries, blueberries/rasberries, whatever and sometimes flaxseed just for kicks.

It's good tho.

Anybody tried the Vitamin shoppe brand of Whey? I want to buy it, because it cheaper, but it's only like $2 cheaper than ON, so I just buy it instead.

Never tried SixStar from Wal-Mart is it anygood?

Didnt someone say a test revealed alot of these brands dont contain the protein they say?

i got some of this about a month ago. This is the first time i've taken any creatine supplement. I have been seeing good gains. I copped a little bottle about 57 servings for like $8 just to start off. It's unflavored so you can mix it with anything.

where did you get that for only $8?

Just buy some New Zealand sourced whey, a whey isolate/concentrate combination. Whey concentrate actually contains more growth factors than isolate alone, so it's more beneficial.

It's cheap, effective, GMO, pesticide and hormone free. No artifical sweeteners either. It's cold/cross flow processed and a good combo of isolate/concentrate. What more do you want out of a whey protein? It just doesn't get any better than that.

It's actually the least expensive protein at the store I usually buy from. Kaizen natural whey is what it's called, and it costs significantly less than ON, Gaspari etc. I laugh at all the idiots buying Gaspari and Muscletech etc...thinking they're getting some sort of extra advantage. Believe me, I've been in this supplement/workout game for a decade..been through it all and then some. The only thing that matters is HOW it's processed, and then how it's sourced that's it.

The rest is all bamboozling.

Have fun paying extra for the bodybuilding magazine advertising/marketing, artificial sweeteners, and hormone injected whey.

Just bought this earlier at Sams. Gonna see how it does.

$35 for 5lbs. I've never tried much else outside of ON.

Pure whey isolate is best. Shouldn't have much lactose nor carbohydrates. Species is a good brand but pricey. True protein sells in bulk. I have some bodytech isolate for extra calories here or there. As everyone knows food is king.

I copped something new from Walmart called Recovery Protein.

$14.95, 20 g protein, 20 g carbs per serving. Tastes really good as well and I don't like a lot of Chocolate products. Recommended brehs
