On either Sourdough/Soft Roll/French Bread/Dutch Crunch
With either Cheddar/American/Provolgne
And usually Sprouts, Tomatoes, Peppercinis, Onions, Regular Yellow Mustard, Black Pepper, and maybe Pickles from time to time
