White gravy is one the WOAT types of southern foods I was exposed to can't imagine it on a sandwich.
You really hate all types of gravy?
Edit: you said white gravy. My bad

French Dip for California? Lol, wut? Easily should’ve been something with avocado or straight up avocado toast
Food and accents are about the only things that are still regional these days. I would have never learned about it if I didn’t watch Mr ChimeTime in 314 sampling things. Honestly I would like to see a Netflix show about thismy wife from St Louis and I guessed St Paul as well. But when I saw the other states I was familiar with, I figured it would be BBQ. It was Hot Salami, she had never heard of it
Where in Ohio are? That's a Cleveland and Columbus thing for sure.never heard of the one they used for my state Ohio
Pimento Cheese Sandwich? Who’s eating that year round in GA?
If it ain’t a fried chitlin and jalapeño pepper sandwich slathered in thousand island dressing they can kiss my ass
I agree nothing beats a good fried fish sandwich..perch or walleye would be above catfish thoughDidn’t watch, but if I had to speculate the list:
Florida- Cuban
PA- Philly cheese steak
NY- chopped cheese ; western NY- Texas Hots
Missouri- St Paul Sandwiches
Nothing beats a good old fried Catfish sandwich on white bread though.

You probably bullshyttin but that chittlin sandwich you just described might slap for real….
Just gotta figure out what type of bread to use……
