i might be going to community college next year but people are telling me to get an apprenticeship and learn a trade.

learn a trade and go to community college online(take classes little by little. dont let anyone tell you to RUSH IT. mess around and flunk out like that. go at your own pace. but get that Trade. so you can make bread NOW. and once you do the school thing on the cheap. you can find out if you really want to go that route or not. at least you wont blow 1000's trying to figure it out and be in debt like a lot of other people who went straight to a 4 year.

i'm about to hit you with one of the cheapest ways to get smart again. the brain cells aint gone yet. you just had them laying dormant, not being used.

sign up. and do your thing at your own pace. i would actually say. do this before going to community college or getting your trade. get your math back up to part. go from basic to college algebra/algebra II. make sure to lean on measurements (conversions), percentages. the basics. but stuff you need in everyday life and possibly in a lot of trades. you do this .it will make it easier for you to pass those test they have after you get into trade school/training. it will also get you boosted past some bs math classes in community college. saving more money.

depending on what trades you may like to do. Go to YOUTUBE. and look them up. no joke. watch a few vids. and see if you can comprehend the stuff. worse case scenario, when you take the actual trade classes. you will have a nice little foundation that you would not have had if you never seen those videos. the terminology wont be so foreign to you. thats usually what scares us from trying certain things. it SOUNDS foreign.

Breh go into the medical field. That is one field with many options and always in high demand. They have full online courses for certain programs like RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) where u can earn $30+ an hour.

Yeah, but that's because of how the forums operate. You can get the same TLR people (I.E. CrimsonTider) in here and get a good debate. It just comes down to how a place is moderated and TLR has replaced JBO as the capital for fukkery.
