well... I wouldn't consider myself good at math.. I pass math classes and even difficult ones. But in my industry there are some math geniuses. I'm not on that level, but I guess it's perspective and who you're around.
Yes you need calc. mainly you need to be good at stats, Linear Algebra, probability, and calc.
However, technology is where it's at. I say at the very least he look into becoming a IT business Analyst.
You can be passionate about it, but your chances of getting a career in it is small. You could do something with that degree, like make a paper airplane.Im considering a degree in psychology, it's something that always has been a HUGE interest to me BUT I'm already 25 and feel like it might be too late to get involved in all that.. Plus my girl who is planning on going to med school said there really aren't a lot of careers out there for that major, yet it's something I could see myself being passionate about
