It's really hard to get a job in the psychology field after 30
why?
My girl says that there are people in their late 30's in her pre med classes
So I'm 25 and been in school since January just getting my basic stuff done.
I haven't been 100% on what I actually want to do for the rest of my life and time isn't slowing down so I really need to get on track and figure it out.
I WAS thinking about getting a degree in business, not because I have a passion for it or anything, but because it seems more applicable in the real world
Now
Im considering a degree in psychology, it's something that always has been a HUGE interest to me BUT I'm already 25 and feel like it might be too late to get involved in all that.. Plus my girl who is planning on going to med school said there really aren't a lot of careers out there for that major, yet it's something I could see myself being passionate about
If thats not what he wants to do...If you're good at math and you aren't getting a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, I don't know what to tell you.
If thats not what he wants to do...
Don't need to be good at math to work in some computer engineering fields.....

Really? At State I'm pretty sure you had to take up to at least Calc 4 for Computer Engineering, but I could be wrong.
You can definitely get into IT without much math but I thought you pretty much needed it for the engineering side.
well... I wouldn't consider myself good at math.. I pass math classes and even difficult ones. But in my industry there are some math geniuses. I'm not on that level, but I guess it's perspective and who you're around.
Yes you need calc. mainly you need to be good at stats, Linear Algebra, probability, and calc.
However, technology is where it's at. I say at the very least he look into becoming a IT business Analyst.
