Whey protein (True Nutrition)- I lean on this heavy during cuts because I need more protein and less calories.... I scale it back when I can eat like a normal person though
BCAAs- I mainly use this to flavor my workout drink
Creatine- just started to fukk with this... seems to be working.
Fiber- if u ain't shytting at least daily :ufdup:

Gotta make sure everything else is on point though. SLEEP, micronutrients, balanced workouts, smart progression, good form etc. Can't supplement your way past those things.

Creatine and Zinc Picolinate are two supplements I noticed that make a real difference. Other vitamins/minerals do work but more for health related purposes than gym performance and muscles.

Why protein is poison and this stuff isn't regulated. They are nearly all underdosed and don't contain what they say. Throw it to the bin

What differences are you noticing with the zinc?

What does the celery seed do?

Acts as a diuretic and lowers blood pressure (do not have high blood pressure BTW..being proactive as ive gotten older)...simpler than eating or juicing celery every day to me lol...nurse recommendation
