I've quit taking your traditional PWO and just take 200mg caffeine with some beta-alanine on it's own. Much cheaper and I don't feel a difference.

Other than that, creatine is THE staple. And some protein if you need to supplement to hit your macro goals.

I also take some BCAAs a few times a week. I honestly have no idea if it's effective or not, any studies I've read are inconclusive on its effectiveness. But I like the flavor and it's not expensive.

Nothing. Just make sure there's protein in my diet

Only 2.5 months in tho :patrice: I have a past history of lifting so I probably won't do creatine until I at least get there

1 is PROTEIN...which is like cycling off of chicken for a week.

2 is creatine...and cycling has no effect.

Because you actually don't need these products to get big and strong.

I really don't like usin them,I got big and strong in the joint without any of these supplements and seen plenty Otha cats do the same. Actually a scam IMO.

But I use em just to get a little extra edge.

Creatine and Zinc Picolinate are two supplements I noticed that make a real difference. Other vitamins/minerals do work but more for health related purposes than gym performance and muscles.

Why protein is poison and this stuff isn't regulated. They are nearly all underdosed and don't contain what they say. Throw it to the bin
