yall take all these pills at the same time ? I dont really use any supplements (havnt even drank whey protein powder in 2 years) so I have no clue.

I ordered some zinc pills but they were 333% the daily dose of zinc :huhldup: so I figured that wasnt even healthy so I might take it once every few days at best

I do feel like my life / health would greatly improve taking vitamins/supplements

the only thing I do is drink a pre workout 4-5 times a week (800-1200mg) before I work out

1 pill Kirkland Signature daily vitamin
5 capsules of psyllium fiber pills

Do you know the concrete benefits? How often do you take those?
Gotta google breh. These are mainstream supplements so the information should be straightforward to understand. That said these aren’t supplements for training. More general health based.

I take fish oil and Vitamin D once a day. I don’t take a direct Zinc supplement.

I did blood tests and had defecieny in vitamin D. Benefits after supplements. Is more energy and better mood.

Also the prescribed product is 10x better than the OTC. If I had unlimited access to the prescribed stuff I would be lit everyday. shyt gives me cocaine high.

OTC shyt works but isn't the same
