what program were u on when u first started lifting?

ur a beast bro. good work.

Appreciate it homie. Started off on a 5x5 regimen for the big lifts (bench, deadlift, squat) and then just filled in more exercises for each muscle group (curls, incline/decline bench, lat pulldowns, shrugs, dips, rows, etc).

I'm 6'1 185 pounds....I look great...defined abs and all but, I definitely feel as if I need to be a member of 200Ibs and up club...6'1 200-220 like JAMES IHEDIGBO.

Thank you...I linked the wrong picture though....:mjlol:That wasn't Laron, but, he has similar stats so I'll keep him as the goal instead. :yeshrug:

My current weight is 194 pounds which is the heaviest I have been, consistently anyway. 18months-2years back I was floating at about 188-190 consistently. But probably due to age and metabolism slowing a little I am holding weight better.

Bush is what? 200 pounds?

Chest is my main lagging point cuz I have fukked up shoulders so I stick with weight pushups and light DBs. And I never trained abs thats a weak point too, fukkin hate that shyt.

Chest is tough for me too. But looking at your pic, your abs look on point, and your chest doesn't look bad at all. Was that pic after a pump?
