I just want my muscles back and more weight.

So something similar to these women, I guess. I think we have a similar shape, so it's attainable. I just need a trainer bc I never know wth I'm doing in the gym. lol

I don't have any fat to lose, so this would probably take me 3 months.

Need the bridge between the pectorals can't seem to get that no matter how many chest excercises I do and the area between the back and nipples:dame: is pretty :flabbynsick:

Absolutely refuse to lose weight I'm only 170 probably accidentally lost weight due to not being home for some time and I'm not exactly jacked.

I'm overall not:flabbynsick: just in one or two places around the chest and back six pac starting to show

Apparently his primary focuses are under 100g Carbs, and a lot meat, fats, and veggies. Things I have already been doing
