i have to push weights to achieve what i want and right now i cant dedicate the time and money into going to a gym. so even though i have a nice shape i want more bulk...(my ass mainly)
some girls gain weight in certain areas. i was blessed with it all going to the bottom part of me. my top has always been petite and im a full c cup when im 130. being 113 im missing some bulk i would like to have in muscle tone. my arms/thighs/and ass is the only thing i work at a gym.
i hate running. fukk that shyt. and i hate eliptical machines.
ill do a stairmaster or bike, buts thats it. i like pushing weights the most.



so youre trying to achieve what you already have? but want smaller breasts??
bodyweight squats. side lunges.

time your bodyweight squats just go apeshyt for 5 minutes.

i have an ass...at 113 my ass is nice, thank you.
but i like myself plump at 130...im 5'2"
i wanna gain weight but my body is not allowing it for some reason.
im like anothergirls pic she posted right now minus the massive breasts anothergirl has...im a 32c...and im not that brown right now.
and just cuz you see a girl frm the front, dont mean you know whats going on in the rear.
some girls look good frm the front and have a flat ass.
im lucky. my high school year book even says i have a phat ass.
i just like it at 130, not 113.
some people think im weird cuz they say im fine...i like meat on me.

I have a hard time going over 150-155lbs, and I eat whenever I'm hungry. *shrug*

Honestly don't see how cats eat 3000+ calories a day.

this in a nutshell

put it like this, ive been squatting and deadlifting for a minute now

measurements on the thigh at thickest point: 22"(above average for a guy my size)
measurements of hip/glute at thickest point: 36" :dwillhuh:

but looking at my pic you would think i was chicken legs, more or less it takes time to build

all i know is if the protein is right, and cals are above maintenance and you are lifting. growth will happen. fat on the other hand takes between 3500-4000 cal weekly surplus to build. which is actually harder if you dont eat bad and work out.
