So, I think im about to drop below 180 for the first time in almost 10 years, :wow:

I bought a chest strap HRM and its saying im burning 1200 cals a work out :merchant:

Gonna look so good for this pool party Saturday, and then re-feed that night ,cant wait to pig out :ohlawd:

I'm skinny as fukk. I just wanna get to 160 :mjcry: I cant gain for shyt. Then again I cant get motivated for more than a week. If I could get here Id be good.

Trust me, when you get tired of yo current body, or strength, & really feel like its time to make progress, you will go. Me personally, Im tired of being skinny but I train for strength & ppl i love, bad decisions, & enemies is my motivation.

Not even 2 months ago i was benching 125lbs a buncha times because i was told thats how you get strong, & now im up to 170lbs 11 reps. I have maxed out at 180lbs 1 rep in tha past but that was years ago, & i wasnt hittin like i am now.

When i started bacc i couldnt even hit 145lbs, shyt last week i could only hit tha 170lbs 9 times. I plan to be able to hit 200lbs in 2 1/5 - 3 months.
