My legs are shaped well naturally, I only train legs to add strength and in doing that they've been increasing in size and looking better.

I can't bring myself to idolize anyone's physique for a variety of reasons, I prefer to keep a realistic approach to building my body

Based on my muscle shape and genetics and level of commitment, this is probably about the best I can hope to achieve due to my trouble with packing on a lot of chest mass, my high lat inserts, and due to my love handles holding onto fat like their very existence depends on it:

But if I really get my shyt going in the right direction and give it a few solid years of work, I could probably hit this realistically. My pecs are cut high like his, he has my lats, and with more mass my shoulders and trap would approach that but maybe not quite that much trap size:

Its very disheartening when you work hard to perfect and maintain the natural curves you have, and no curve having/no shape girls go get plastic surgery done and then tell everyone they worked hard in the gym. :pacspit:
Some females are naturally shaped in a :wow: way and the gym and a smart diet enhances those features.

why do females make believe they worked hard for their fake shape or are naturally that way??

As for my ultimate physique, I don't want to be super big or super ripped, but i want to be respectable, i want people to look at me and see that I put work into how I look.

Want this look. Big arms, shoulders, traps, flat stomach, adonis belt, but without a really low bf%. Ain't nobody have time for cutting to get shredded like that

Not attainable without carrying some fat as well, like the guy you're aspiring to be.

Triple H for example is 6'4, 250lbs. The Rock is 6'5, 260lbs and you see how jacked he is already.

6'3, 230-240 is more attainable. Try this guy:

^^6'5, 235lbs

This dude being 6'5'' and 235 is disheartening to me. I'm basically the same height and weight, 6'4'' and 235, but I look nothing like this breh. :to::to:

I'm a thin guy with relatively broad shoulders and what I have been told is a long torso. I need to put on more muscle mass but I also badly need to tone up the abs alot, I'm a bit fluffy :patrice:. I workout a decent amount but my nutrition is ass. I pretty much eat what I want, I def need to improve what I eat.

This would def be an ideal physique for me.

Dead lift im not sure :yeshrug: i think i was able to get around 250 in the fall.

-DMP-
:damn: you could squat fukkin 600? Your deads should be way high then unless your grip is weak.

I'm 6'6 237 right now, and after I stopped playing competitive basketball I definitely went through stages of being lean looking but kind of puffy and sloppy. Your lifestyle habits are the key man, straight up. A few years back I was eating out at fancy restaurants all the time, drinking more bourbon than any nikka ever should in his life, going to bed mad late, fukking too much, etc. I got up to 260 - the most I'd ever weighed in my life, and 50 pounds over the highest weight I played ball at back in the day.

I cut alcohol out for 3 months, cooked all my meals, lifted every other day, cardio on the off days, and I was down to a chiseled 230 in 4 months. Right now, years later, I'm at 237 and solid everywhere except the core (slight puffiness because I still have the occasional long social night). But fukk it dog, take a handful of pilates classes until you feel you know the routine, then start doing that shyt on your own - your abs will tone up mad quick. The key is all in the mental: patience, discipline, and the vision to know that your progress is guaranteed if you stick to your plan, even though you can't always see it when you look in the mirror. Matter fact, don't look in the mirror for 3 months. Just do the work, fam. The results will come.
