A lot of these goal physiques are chemically enhanced. Most look like they are either running Test, Tren, HGH, clen and maybe Dbol. If you are SERIOUS about getting to those physical conditions; you need to start researching on steroids. Bodybuilding is a dirty industry full of lies and deceit.

Thats true, and on top of that pictures lie like a motherfukker due to lighting and water manipulation. Matter of fact....I'm about to make me a new thread....

EDIT: Nevermind, I couldn't put my thoughts together concisely

Basically I was gonna point out that to achieve the peak physique seen in photo shoots and shirtless movie scenes, it take a week of glycogen depletion and water loading followed by a day of carb loading and water emptying, followed by another day of carb loading and glycogen supercompensation combined with achieving a medium pump. This also is combined with advantageous lighting and possibly oil or light reflecting liquid.

Nobody walks around as dry and hard as some of these dudes posted in this thread. NOBODY. Not pro bodybuilders, not pro fitness models. You are being tricked into thinking these dudes always look like this.

My favorite recent example of this was the movie Pompeii, when Kit Harrington first walks out with a shredded, deep cut six pack exposed. The entire rest of the movie his stomach was covered :lolbron:

Its about acheiving peak physique through water and glycogen manipulation. Here is an enlightening article and a better explanation:
http://www.t-nation.com/free_online...ning_performance_diet_mass/shredded_in_6_days

These photo shoots....these movie scenes.....not only do these guys not look like that year around, they dont even look like it the NEXT DAY

Our body is constantly fighting towards an equilibrium. That equilibrium is great for health but poor for looking your best. The key is to trick your body into dehydrating everywhere except inside your muscles.

Good stuff. There's so much to know/learn/read about bodybuilding that it's insane.

After much thought, a bigger version of this type of physique.

blacker too :mjpls:

It's realistically dry/hard enough and I could probably get 18" arms being that cut.

Gymnasts are attainably jacked so I guess I better start adding more bodyweight exercises to my PL routine.

that brad pitt in fight club physique. I'm tall so i don't need to get bigger than that. And i lifted seriously in high school so my frames already bigger than his. Don't wanna get too bulky and start looking like a security guard type nikka. Just need to get cut all the way up before summer.
