Under pressure from who? The fans, media or the team?
Tomlin has a lot of pressure from the media but I think he's pretty safe with ownership and their fan base. I also can't believe we've pivoted to Steelers have no shot, when weeks ago people were pumping up Wilson. The pressure really should be on the GM/org, they are just a slightly better version of teams that finish .500 every year. If you can't win with Russ wtf was the trade for? Another winning season participation trophy?
At some point we gotta realize the Steelers have no real vision.
If we're talking about pressure from the team then it's someone like Sirianni, Bills coach or Harbaugh if those teams collapse.

I think it's because Sirianni is the childish appearing pencil neck looking guy while Campbell still looks like he could play a few snaps and doesn't act out like a child.
Cause he took his team from the worst team in the league to the best in 3-4 seasons and play the most entertaining football. Except Andy he might be the safest.
And last year they lost by 3 points to the favorites, in the conference finals

His HC choices in the NFC championship game cost them their first Super Bowl berth last season. If he does the same dumb shyt again he should be on some sort of hot seat.
His HC choices brought them from 3-13 to 1 possession from the SB from 2022 to 2024

He helped bring the Lions back from irrelevancy and he’ll have the injury card as well.
If the aggressive decisions are the difference maker in a game the Lions lose, that’s a little different, but he’s one of the last I would say is on the hot seat.

If harbaugh cant at the very least get to a superbowl with this squad then serious conversations have to be had about his job, you have had the no 1 seed twice and never went to the superbowl and have been outcoached alot of times
