Never cared about him much besides maybe that time when he was feuding with Evolution. Cause I knew it was beginning of the end for them and I wanted them off the TV screen as soon as possible.

I literally came in here to mention Orton, at least the last decade or so.
To me, Orton reached his peak as a character in 2011 and he barely did anything interesting after that. He cut some great promos in the last decade (complaining about Seth Rollins and The Authority, his "three most dangerous letters in sports entertainment" phase), but I honestly can't remember the last Orton match that was fire. Even when I was still watching, his work stopped being interesting to me.
I still think he should be in the HOF one day, but Orton's legacy was cemented in the 2000s. Anything he did after that was hit and miss.
