squats is a necessity..it was historically the weaker of my major lifts due to fears i had in the past

Thanks, that's something I've been seriously considering spending some money on this year, and I made sure to buy some good running shoes.
I was jogging 6 miles a day in converse last year

Many people are ignorant when it comes sports. That why I asked(never got a response) how the people who say they got hurt from squats know that they were squating properly. I have more pain from running than I do from working out/squating.

I can’t remember the last time I posted in the Gym. But I saw this thread. I love squats. Especially the standard barbell back squat. They have always been my favorite lift since freshman year of hs

Haven't really done barbell squats in a coo minute. Mostly been doing bodyweight and goblet squats
