A little more than 4 years ago I benched 525. You'll claim bullshyt but honestly I dont give a fukk. Its more attainable then you think. Its all about how much your willing to sacrifice and I tore my body apart for it. I had a nice dead lift too.

I workout solo. No homies or anything willing to workout...so I don't really see how much other people put up on the bench.
I never tried maxing out, but I'm 174 5'9 and I can only push 185 x3
I need to step my game up.
how much could you deadlift?
you say you tore your body apart, so do you have permanent aches or injuries from your heavy lifting? was it worth it?
I did 750 around that same time. Yea my shoulders and elbows. I can't do some exercises anymore because of it.
I was overtraining and wasn't giving my body enough time to recover. For years I worked out 6 days a week about 3 hours a day. I didn't drink any alcohol or any soda. No junk food. I ate to the point where I was going to throw up. I'd wake myself up in the middle of the night just to eat and take in a shake. Was always in the Gym by 4:30am. I was constantly changing up my workout but I did a lot of 5x5s and mechanical drop sets and reg drop sets. Of course theres a lot more to it than that but I'd be here all day. It was a lot of sacrifice but was it worth it.. I think so. It was hard at the time because everyone your age is drinking and partying. While I'm drinking protein shakes and lifting.
People outta jealousy are gonna doubt you thats just how people are but I had my brother with me on every max I ever attempted. He knows and a few friends so thats something my kids will find out eventually. And its bigger than just moving weight. Along the line I proved a lot of people wrong by setting my sights on goals and crushin them. I took that mentality into the rest of my life and its helped a lot.
I was 5'10 225 lbs with just under 5% body fat. I was a hard gainer and i fought for every pound I had, and I did it the right way. More than anything I'm proud of that.
People need to realize its not about your height or your weight. Those are excuses to be satisfied. Those boundaries, you know those limits they put on you, are there to be broken.
I'm not even going to post mine...I think its by far the weakest in this thread
