It was advanced bench press. After shoulder surgery, I'm in the untrained category.
Start low. Increment poundage slowly. Use a spotter.Never tried to max out, the gym goes up to 100dbs so I never went past that
and I'm scared of the barbell

i can still max bench 250 after not going to the gym for a year, actually happened during the year 2011, never went to the gym, came back in 2012 and was still doing big boy weights
