What do you hook your ropes up to....? There is an old playground in my hood that still has a jungle gym...... I used to get up early and do that.....it's a really good exercise..... I just hate doing it during the winter outside..


I use a 100 lbs dumbbell to anchor the weight. It'll move a couple of inches evey couple of minutes but I just reset it every 5 rounds. The gym I go to has an indoor basketball court so ii just do them inside

Yea it can be hard at first.

But once you get the hang of it shyt is easy


If you don't mind man let me run something by you.... I've punished my stomach over the years, and now I got a mild case of IBS and what not.... with that being said... a lot of my partners that did time tell me to do just one big meal a day(get most of your calories in one meal basically)... most of these cats NOI nikkas..... to me, its akin to intermittent fasting.... I've done it for the last 4 days and my stomach feels a whole lot better, which means I feel better as a whole....

you think its a good enough eating regimen to maintain good muscle definition and strength, considering that the one real meal a day will have a lot of nutritional value that is..... ??

It's true bruh.

My biggest meal of the day is in the morning and then for the rest of the day I eat here and there.

But they telling the truth,most guys in the joint biggest meal would be at night when guys would make a big cook up(Doritos,slim jims,ramen noodles,etc) and eat that.

So yea one real big meal is cool long as you still eat a couple small meals throughout the rest of the day.

Ima give u the secret,

-eat healthy
-cut out fast food, soda
-stair master for at least one hour everyday



Stairmaster (if you consistently hitting that 8-12 speed range is amazing af.


Besides that basketball is good cardio too


That stairmaster used the right way is a real effective machine..... but to clarify... do you mean this...
