has anyone fukked with those oxygen mask for running?

The high altitude mask. I'm almost able fully sprint while jumping rope for an hour. Thursday morning in the gym I was going hard, my legs weren't tired, I was out of breath but maintaining 180 - 190 bpm. Cats were like "do you box?" "Are you training for a fight?" ....after I research the benefits and get my shyt down I may cop one.


Edit: just did some research and watched some videos won't be wasting the money or the time.

10-15 minutes of hiit postworkout on the elliptical machine. I rotate that with 20-40 of low intensity walking on the treadmill when I feel like I'm burning out from the hiit on the
elliptical.

Treadmill. Alternate between steady pace and HIIT cardio.

Steady pace I'll run for 4 miles around 30-32 minutes.

HIIT I'll sprint with 1 minute or less breaks for 3 miles, usually takes me 23 minutes or so.

All my cardio cosists of is running 2 miles and walking on incline on the treadmill 4- 5 days a week.
It's all I needed to drop some pounds along with drinking lots of water and portion control.

Right now I'm alternating between between 4-5 mile run, and a 3-4 mile brisk walk on incline the following day. I'm doing this 6 times a week.

I do incline bench, db shoulder press and lat pull downs on the run days. Squats and RDL on walk days.

Got some time off work so I'm trying to make the most of it and get as much fat off my body :francis:

Running outside on empty stomach, mornings with the sun heat for 2-3 miles

And i alternate with treadmill in the gym

Occasionally stair master and bike riding

before i moved back home my cardio consisted of boxing(heavy bag work, double end bag, speed bag, and shadow boxing) for 40 mins

basketball maybe twice a week

and jogging 2x a week

i envy people who are naturally lean and dont need cardio.:wtb:
