I jump rope for about thirty minutes first thing when I wake up in the morning about 4-5 times a week. Sometimes I'll do it in the morning and then later at night that day after I finish my workout.

Depends how I'm feeling but I make sure to do 40 minutes of cardio 4 times a week. My favorite is running. Most weeks I'll have a big run(big for me 5 to 6 miles) but sometimes I get lazy and just do the 40 minute runs. Another way I like to do cardio will be splitting it up between machines. 20 min on the stair mill, 20 min on the treadmill. Or 10 mins stairs, 10 minute incline, 10 min jog, 10 minute rowing machine.

My second favorite is setting the treadmill at 12 incline and walking at 3.3. Once I'm feeling good I'll jog for 2 minutes at 5 speed then take a few minutes off and do it again.

I just started jumping rope and can only go for 2 minutes right now.

Championships
1-2 hours on the treadmill, fast paced high incline walk..... 5 days a week
some days i add an hour of stair master or cybex elliptical.....
not too much outdoor work these days because of poor air quality but i do occasionally hop on the bike or go to the track when i need a change of pace....
i get in some jumping jacks once in a while...

good to see people skipping rope!

That stairmaster used the right way is a real effective machine..... but to clarify... do you mean this...

I use that first one when I'm at the gym. Put in 12 minutes yesterday on level 8-12 with a weight vest on and my quads were feeling like brass afterwards

Could be hill training, which is wild. Basically riding with a high resistance so your legs and body get acclimated and dont gas out. 19 is a high ass setting for any bike.....and Ive rode and owned a standard exercise bike, a recumbent exercise bike and now own an indoor spin cycle.

:francis: barely any. I work in the heat for a few hours daily loading freight containers, but after that I'm too tired to do any HIIT .. my feet and knees are constantly hurting so long jogs are out of the question. I've gotten into swimming and will try sprints on grass. :francis: i started taking glucosamine a month ago and things have gotten a lil better..
I feel you, breh. I lock up and unlock those containers on the container ships a lot and that in itself is a workout/cardio. My backs killing me by the end. :sadcam:
