You’re really that dense that you’re attempting to compare a CONTINENT to a Country?

London baby.
If you mean the older generation yeah but millenials we all run together

Not really there was nothing to dead as accents are only noticable to natives sooo....

I had Angolan dude last week tell me I’m a knockoff slave then brag about his Portuguese surname.

They have never and will never change.

Nah, far from it lol. They have a really cool ass culture but it ain’t touching African American Culture like that. Our sauce is timeless and simply illmatic and knows no limit, especially when it comes to music, dance, social justice, fashion, hair care, food, language, slang, art, and literary.

Curious tho, what kind of dances do Black British ppl have? And I’m asking about any dances unique to BB Culture that are common in British Hip Hop, Drum & Bass, UK Garage, 2-Step, Dubstep, and Jungle rather than imported dances from Jamaica and West Africa.

This is facts.

It’s impossible to have a Black-British culture because Britain doesn’t have a culture in itself.

It’s just a bunch of other people’s shyt everyone loves but no one wants to give credit for.

The chick who wrote that tweet is a stupid because black people here typically embrace their home countries cultures.

I've lived in both countries. French brehs are proud and heavily influenced by their African background. The UK is full of c00ns who used to make jokes about Africa until recently, a lot of black people here are also really tight with cacs which has always been strange to me :gucci:

Facts. I cant argue with that at all.

I'm close with many French speaking Africans especially the Congolese. Cool dudes.

Biggest black music in the UK is Afroswing ...lol

you obviously know nothing ......

like I said you sound sooooo insecure , maybe you should get a passport and travel a bit

:russ:

bigging this up only confirms what aframs know and have said already. Black Brits haven't come up with any sound that doesn't have some kind of foundation or underpinning of Afram influence. Afroswing is just another variant of the same cycle.

What?!:gucci:

Afro Swing = Afro pop

It’s purely African and hasn’t even touched the US beside Drake and Frenchy. It’s sourced in Africa.

Grime is purely UK based, garage (road Garage) is purely UK based, etc.

I think guys in here literally making up points now:mjlol:

South East England accents particularly Estuary, Cockney, and the London street talk is disgusting these buggers can hardly pronounce words properly.

funny, what about new york accents or down south accents, its all the same bro, we all speaking broken English at the end of the day

cockney and a real Houston texas accent aint far apart on the spectrum of funny sounding language :yeshrug:

The truth is....most AAs could care less about whats goin on "across the pond" in the UK or many of these other countries....

HiddenHonorableAsp-size_restricted.gif

There's tooo much culture within our own borders to give AF about anything goin on elsewhere. Nggas die and clamor to get to the US. It's not vice-versa....:umad:

Most nggas won't even make it out their own regions (and are content w/ that). Its enough goin on there alone to get by.....:manny:

Ask a vast majority of nggas out east (NY..NJ...Philly) for example....that have never traveled where they would prefer to go....

Most answers will be Cali, MIA, ATL, the Caribbean, etc. You will be hard-pressed to find any cats mention places like London or the UK.... :camby:

Nggas could give two shyts about y'all 2nd-tier culture. Third-tier...actually the more I think about it....because you are Jamaica's dun duns.....:lolbron:

Shyt not even an after-thought unless I'm flipping thru some channels and catch "An American Werewolf In London" on or sum shyt...and then it still doesn't dawn on most that nggas are even over there like that...:snooze:
sound like a broke boy:mjlol:

can't afford a proper overseas holiday huh :lolbron:
