Maybe because they would want your votes. No ? Just like some moderate Democrats try to get votes from Republicans

You’re saying that to validate and excuse the fact that Republicans don’t want anything to do with Black people
He’s saying that because that’s how politics actually works believe it or not.

You vote for a politician that will propose and pass the laws that you support. It’s incredibly stupid to ask what republicans will do for black people when black people vote 90% democrats.

It’s even more stupid to not ask the same question to the politicians you actually voted for

How is that stupid ? Democrats pass laws that are good for confederate rednecks without getting their votes. This makes no sense.

Republicans are supposed to show they’re offering better tangibles and plan to black people to earn the vote. Not the other way around

The Republicans just made affirmative action illegal entirely on the grounds of race.

Please stop with these battery powered right wing talking points that Republicans are always above criticism and all Democrat voters are "sheep" who "blindly" support the party "for nothing on return."

Yall really showing your ass running interference for this white power with these bullshyt ass 2017 Yvette Carnell agent talking points when they have made it brutally clear that this is the shyt you will get...by LAW...if you don't vote.

Black children in 2023 have less rights, protection, and opportunity in this country than before you and I were born thanks in part to you loud mouth idiots and all your aimless fake militant batching. Voting fukking matters.

Get the hell outta here with this right wing agent BS breh
Im convinced posters like you are here just to cause confusion in the black community. Joe Biden literally told black people when asked what his policy for the black community that “if you don’t vote for me you ain’t black” but you’re saying the benign neglect policy is a Republican conspiracy? :what:

The bolded is true. Why do you get so mad when people tell you the truth?

You vote for the democrats based on what your scared that the republicans will do if you don’t. You don’t vote for actual policy because there is none.

Black people believe it or not actually gain entry into PWIs based on academic merit and extracurricular participation, not affirmative action.
I never said we didn’t. What I said is that is that Affirmative Action will have an impact on our numbers. you really need to stop projecting.
This idea that once affirmative action is gone, black people will not be able to go to college is actually racist.
Again, your projection is off as I never said black people will not be able to college; however in states that have implemented anti affirmative action policies (California in 1996 and Michigan) many black student’s participation did decrease in the UM and U.C’s.
We aren’t even the primary recipients of affirmative action.
But we are affected.
HBCUs fail not only because of government funding but also because black people want to attend PWIs. Take black athletes for instance.
No, it’s because HBCU’s have been systematically disadvantaged by whites (particularly white southerners) when it comes to resource allocation. You could have every black person flip to going to an HBCU right now but due to lack of infrastructure and spacing it would be impossible. The G.I bill ignored HBCU’s and state funding in predominantly HBCU states (The south) continues to promote austerity in HBCU funding.
HBCUs should be black people’s FIRST choice, not institutions that according to you, wouldn’t accept them if affirmative action wasn’t in place.
It should be but unfortunately it’s not as I stated earlier many black students don’t live near HBCU’s (Northeast, West coast, North west, etc) the financial burden of dorming, meal plans, lack of majors etc, etc are things HBCU need more funding for.
Black people should be graduating from HBCUs and using the income from higher wage jobs to donate back to the schools like white people do. That way we wouldn’t depend on a racist government to fund our education.
That’s a fair assessment except many black graduates aren’t making the financial money needed to be on equal terms. Hence the state needs to pay what is owed to them (seek the state Maryland)

That’s the whole point: Republicans don’t try to offer tangibles to black people because that’s not what black people vote for. That’s like wining and dining a women that lets everyone else fukk for free.

Republicans offer black people the same thing democrats do: nothing.

Understanding requires the intellectual capacity to do so. Most black people vote democratically (nationally) out of emotionalism, not intellect.

This appeal to black emotionalism is evidenced by the performative routine dog and pony show put on by the dems ie bill Clinton playing the saxophone on a black late night talk show, Hilary Clinton going on the breakfast club and saying she keeps hot sauce in her purse, Barack Obama pretending to drink poisoned flint water, Kamala Harris lying and saying she smokes weed and listened to Tupac and snoop dogg in college before they ever came out, joe Biden flat out telling black people “they ain’t black” if they don’t vote for him. I could go on and on. They’ll do everything but talk policy to black people.

Take OPs response for instance:

for OP to ask what a political party has done for black people but then say “it’s not about voting” when confronted with the fact that black people shouldn’t blindly vote for that parties opposition is a prime example of the intellectually dishonest passive aggression is what characterized these types of people. Intelligent people don’t respond this way.

When confronted with the cold reality that both parties are inherently racist to black people and neither party will do anything for the specific benefit of black people despite the centuries of racist policy targeted specifically at black Americans they’ll resort to these types of emotional disingenuous responses.
The only reason I said it's not about voting because that's not what I was asking all you saying ain't known what you proving with this post? I know both parties ain't shyt but I specifically what have Republicans done or even offered proposal wise to Black People you go off on a whole other tangent.

You both siders crack me up bringing up Democrats fukk them this ain't about them.

You vote for the democrats based on what your scared that the republicans will do if you don’t. You don’t vote for actual policy because there is none.

So like all both siders you ready for bloody revolution and protest against "the Democrats" because of a gaffe quote. But Republicans can deny our children student loan debt relief--completely on the basis that it advantages black people according to the conservative activists who brought it to the Supreme court--and eradicate affirmative action by law and your black militant role play can't even muster up the least bit of energy for THAT? You still more concerned about a damn quote like it's height of your fake militant cause?

Yall hate when you get called out as right wing trolls and Republicans masquerading as militants critical of both sides. But your selective outrage couldn't be more obvious what time you on. You don't hate both sides for the sake of black power. You just another useless bytch c00nservative partisan hack.

Black people vote Democrat for policy. Both to gain it and to protect it. And yes we are damn scared of what these yee haw conservatives will do when in power. You have the gall to talk about "yall only vote Democrat cus your blind sheep scared of what Republicans will do" just as they railroaded through black rights in this country just a week ago.

:what:

And you Republic00n trolls want to direct our anger to some meaningless gaffe that had no effect on my life or the life of black people as a whole?

:what:

You still running on outdated 2017 Yvette Carnell Tariq Nasheed fake militant talking points, being the "independent thinker" you are. That we have "nothing to lose" to stop voting Democrat and any notion that pur legal rights will be taken is just "fearmongering to force us to be Democrats." We need our "racism out in the open." Well now affirmative action is banned by law across the country and we not getting our kids student debt relief. A black child in 2023 has less rights, opportunity and protection than when we were born. We have A LOT to lose when we do not vote. Good job YouTube and net militants.

Please shut up. The only people who want to confuse and misdirect black people for their own selfish agendas is you. Pulling up bullshyt quotes when a right wing court just made it crystal clear they can and will bring us back to the 1930s overnight. You kmow what youre doing. Stop pretending its about black people. You're an overcompensating phony revolutionary who weaponizes black power language to defend Republicans, spread right wing propaganda, and insult anyone who interferes with that, clearly. Yall black conservatives are damn useless c00ns who think insulting the intelligence of black people simply for preferring the liberal party that's been on the right side of history since forever (name one celebrated conservative movement in America history) makes them dumb sheep who are blindly voting.

Voting Democrat is not a betrayal of black power causes. No matter how much yall want to fool people into believing that for your own causes. And no one is doing it blindly. Black people are not stupid and you c00nservative trolls ain't smart or clever with your dumb ass Tariq Nasheed/Fox News talking points from 2016. Yall trolls are shyt.

I don’t see democrats banning books about slavery and calling it voluntary immigration.

Republicans don’t want to do anything go for Blacks because their whole movement is about oppressing black pekoe and that’s what their base wants.

What in the world you trynna twist into reality now ?

How do Democrats offer nothing while it’s Democrats that gave billions to black farmers and trynna push reparations in California ? That’s only to name 2 recent events.

You cats not serious lmao

3 pages in and not a single example the last 40 years :mjlol: OP asked a simple question and brehs are asking about democrats. :lolbron:
Can't even stick to the topic.

For example this fool in here going stupid ain't answered a damn thing.

Scholars assessing Richard Nixon's contribution to the desegregation of Southern schools have often been unimpressed. His biographer Stephen Ambrose concedes that there was some White House contribution, but observes that "Nixon had to be hauled kicking and screaming into desegregation on a meaningful scale, and he did what he did not because it was right but because he had no choice."

One side is the rock, the other is the hard place.

There are no books that teach children about the true horrors of slavery in the public school system. Nor any other black history for that matter. Black children are made to read the diary of Anne frank, not the autobiography of Malcolm x.

That’s what republicans are supposed to do: whatever their constituents want them to do. You can’t say the for democrats and black people.

They been “trying” to push reparations for decades and the bill was not exclusively for
Black farmers. It was for “economically distressed farmers” meaning everyone including white farmers.

Y’all love to pretend legislation for “minorities” means for black people :mjlol:
