I'm 5'10 - 175 lbs - 36 years old.

For me, I think 225 bench, 275 squat, and 315 deadlift is ideal. 8-10 reps for all.

I'm at my bench goal (225), squatting 245, and deadlifting 275.

I can't imagine I'd ever need to bench more than that, and for a guy who's 36, I think those are respectable numbers.

bench is overrated...
The sooner you realize that the better. Now if you were talking about deadlifts or squats, then that's something to be proud of...

what about incline bench press? my dead-lifts is about the same amount as my squats.

For me, doing 300 pushups a day made my bench strength skyrocket. Give it a shot for a week and report back.

high elevated push-ups or low elevated? what would be the recommend sets, reps, recovery time, for the pushups? i might try to increase my push up count to 500 a day.

Yea Incline is good, bench don't worry about it,matter of fact the stronger your incline gets, the stronger your flat bench will become

Uhm, just regular I guess.

I do continuously delimited sets. 50, 50, 40, 40, 30, 30, 20, 20, 10, 10.

Recovery time is something I suck at. I need to get consistent with it so I don't really have guidance for you there but I try to get this done in 30 - 45 mins. This combined with some light cardio is what I do on off days.

You should check my thread about the calisthenics and the way I used to work out when I was incarcerated.

It would help you
