What do you all consider a strong squat and bench press?

I guess it depends on the weight of the lifter ... But, in general, I agree with those numbers. Not absurd numbers, but enough that not everyone in the gym is getting them (my self included).

I'm closer to 2 plates bench, 3 plates squat (each for sets of 3-4. Don't know my max).

No, a 1 rep 225 bench and a 1 rep 225 squat is better than 90% of what most men in the world can do.

Of course cats who are gym rats would laugh at those 1 rep max numbers by in actuality it's not weak

Yea in that context you are right. But in general we r comparing with people with a habit of lifting weights.

Guys what do you consider a strong deadlift for reps? 4-6 range for example.

I'll be honest and I'm usually a prick.....

225lbs for both is a good weight for reps....

Anything else is pretty much excessive and isn't really recommended long term, no matter how good your "form" or experience....

There's really no need that isn't served from 225lbs for reps....

Remember end game should be, fit and injury(chronic) free....
