u talking marriage or just commitment in general?

marriage , ehh alot of black people are not getting marriage or messing with the idea. But that aint stopping black love. but alot of black people are taking note of the "scams" of official marriage.

Some people do what Joe and Cyn do and claim marriage but its not recognize by the state.

commitment - I would say thats hard to measure. IMO alot of black men(despite the polygamous voices) are open to commitment. idk

I remember reading an issue of THE FINAL CALL in the late 90's, they were blasting hip hops culture of not celebrating fatherhood and promoting being a player/pimp

Nothing will ever change if we stay promoting the shyt that we turn around and complain about later on :manny:

yeah this thread is horrible . all my black friends are married with children or soon to be and I don't have a single white friend married with kids. the solutions provided in this thread transcends race cause being afraid of commitment isn't a black male thing :dead:
