I dropped mars red at ep 5. the first ep was
, beautiful ost, cinematic visuals,...but the story fell flat....nothing else goin on.

There's been some great shyt out now, but they mostly fall into random niche categories that only resonate with a few of us at a time.
Shakunetsu Kabaddi, Megalo Box, and Cestus the Roman Fighter all been dope as fukk for example, but if you don't fukk with sport anime like that you might overlook them.

IMO this season has been a lot better than I thought it would be. The main ones in my rotation have been 86, Vivy, Dragon Quest, Higehiro, and Tokyo Revengers. Plus I started watching To Your Eternity which looks promising. Will start to catch up on that once I finish Castelvania.
Plus the other decent ones that I have been watching being Slime Diaries, 300 Slimes, and MHA. Nothing to write home about but are enjoyable to watch.
