The closest is prob anime version of House, M.D. as it is a medical detective mystery.

Foundation is very much influenced by Sherlock Holmes series.

Basically its a Anime that is a great Mid-Carder. It doesn't try to be a Main Event Player. It knows what it is, and it does it well.

Got damn Sakamoto days is fire. Even though episode 2 had more action, I thought episode 1 was better. I think its because they do gun action better than they do melee combat action. Like the fighting ain't seeing Windbreaker or Spy Family (when they throwing hands) but it definitely holds its own like a more dynamic Shenmue in that regard.

The gun/assassin action is top notch.

Saturdays just got more action packed.

The Solo Leveling action animation is still other level excellent. That Baruka fight scene was brilliant.
The S class hunter showdowns and the Jeju Island arc should be amazing.

I'm envious breh, I wish I could be in your shoes again because I thought the same thing and then BOOM that shyt just kept getting better and better. Highly recommend sticking with the series.
