God damn this episode gave me the feeling of how it is to watch a final episode of a Monogatari arc 
Holy crap this one conversation added layers to Osanai. We figured she was crazy in the head, but this furthers that point by 1000%. It was an interesting thing for me that Sanae, whom Kengo wanted to help leave the group, was in full contact with Osanai. Even so, much as threatening her. I guess it serves the point that going to someone like Kengo wouldn't solve the problem. Essentially, Osanai was getting involved no matter what. Though the lengths that she calculated and planned is really insane.
Regards to Sanae before they went and engaged Isawa, which would have made the crime just kidnapping after Kobato and Kengo saved Osanai. Essentially, the plan was to give Isawa an even bigger punishment by letting the police know of the kidnapping before Kobato and Kengo arrived at the scene. Kidnapping for ransom is obviously a higher crime.
Everything was staged. Now I am curious how Kobato feels about all of this. I still think in many ways the friendship between him and Osanai has been well done. In many ways, Osanai's crazy genes kicked Kobato's crazy genes to execute the plan. The fact that the whole sweets plan was to also help her communicate with Kobato.
It's a bit of surprise for given how well they showcased how Osanai loves sweets. You wouldn't think there was anything more to the Sweets Summer Plan beyond these Osanai spending time with Kobato. During this conversation, Osanai eats up that parfait, and I am like na this girl genuinely loves sweets. There is no denying it.
Osanai is genuinely scary and she is greedy. Getting to enjoy the sweets with Kobato and execute her plan against Isawa at the same time. I really excited about the final episode next week.

Just when I think I got this show figured out it manages to catch me off guard again
The consistency and quality of this week in and week out is fukking insane. Even just wrapping my head around this episode is a lot to take in.
No surprise that Wakamiya would realize without him their negotiations would fail. It seemed it was calculated he would come. Though Yukiya is the one that exceeds expectations again. Though Poor Sumio realized Wakamiya was long gone.
It makes so much sense that Yukiya met with the Prince because he was outside the boundary. There was mention of there only being one exit last week iirc. So then how did the Prince enter the cave from another entrance. The only conclusion is that where Yukiya met Wakamiya was outside the boundary.
Since it was outside the boundary where Yukiya saw those skulls, it couldn't be Yatagarasu. Monkeys eating each other than? Something doesn't add up if that is true. The existence of humans whom the Yatagarasu based themselves on. These are modern humans given by the notebook. Yamuchi is simply a small portion isolated from the outside world. We clearly see those that look like humans turn into Yatagarasu and Monkey.
While the Yatagarasu have been a target, the humans are another victim in this as well. I feel like Koume and her father have to be human here. The scary thing is how human bones are used for. Medicine and are also additives. If Koume's dad is human, it makes what he is doing a scary thought. Or they could be an intelligent form of the monkey? Which would be the scariest scenario.
The amount of pressure that is on Wakamiya is fukking insane. There is so much he knows about the outside world, and it is his job to protect the Yatagarasu and Yamuchi. The role of the true Kinu is one giant task that you can't begin to comprehend. His worlds Yamuchi just means things aren't about to get much better.

FMA Brotherhood is arguably (I say it actually is) the best anime ever made. Attack on Titian is a great anime that fell apart at the end. One is a 10 out of 10 and the other is maybe a 8.5 if we're being generous. It's in the quality level range of say Death Note.so I wrote off Attack on titan after 2 episodes back in 2013
i knew it was uber popular but it seemed like a show for teenagers, my nieces watched it
apparently it's one of the best of the 2010s, im seeing people saying it's better than FMA: Brotherhood
is it truly piff, Coli brehs? I'm checking this out along with Made in Abyss and Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. the FOMO got me

Wistoria: Wand & Sword Episode 9
This episode adapted chapter 13 + 14 plus finished up 12. Makes sense they are saving budget for the upcoming episodes. I expect this cour ends at chapter 19.
Omori taking a bit from DanMachi S4's playbook, but here we the whole group falling to levels meant for the tower, and they are separated into pairs. It's obvious some group is up to something.
Wignall's treatment of Will differs from Julius and Sion. For those two, and more so Julius, it is him not having talent in magic. As Wignall mentions, he only respects Lihanna. It does make you wonder if Wignall would act the same to Will as Sion & Julius? Still, the interesting bit is that Will is to mages as Wignall is to Elves.

I want to assume he meant complete adaptation in work since Frieren is still in the works. In terms of 1 season runs it is difficult to do better than Frieren. Honestly, 86 and Owarimonogatari are the type of 1 season that I would put at Frieren's level.Better than Frieren?
Obviously, FMA and HxH are the goats of the Battle Shounen genre.
