This mandrake is an S+ tier killer, never thought I would use those words in my life.

I finally caught up with the last 2 eps….. this shyt is entertaining as hell :russ:

When she kept blowing that Monster Caller whistle I was dying.

I wonder what they censored when she was healing dude and called “grotesque”

This definitely a fun show
It's the good old deadpan protaginist done right.

It's probably nasty as hell to look at. It's like how they censor cockroaches aint nobody wanna see that shyt :pachaha:

Sengoku Youko Episode 4

Seeing Shakugan upbeat after everything she has been through is great. Altho this episode focused more on Jinka and Tama as Shakugan and Shinsuke took care of the house. Here we get to see Jinka search himself whether sacrificing a human was necessary to do what needs to be done. I liked we saw the hesitation it showcases the impact Tama has had on Jinka. Good thing the assassin Raidou Zanzou is there to save the family.

Raidou showing up declaring that since Katawara can eat human the same can be said vice versa. Tho we don't get a good first impression when he eats it. He gets Jinka in their first encounter. Tho we see a monk making a threat of that his sister's life is in their hands. He wants Raidou to kill Jinka.

And Jinka only takes the rematch as a test of strength, his family being in danger is of no concern for him. I wonder if this will change. He was at his end against Raidou, but managed to beat him. I do like that Jinka didn't sought out to kill it shows he is true to his intentions.

The threat of Raidou's sister was apparently empty? But the point that she abandoned her humanity feels remotely similiar to the case of Shakugan. And she would be the next assassin should he fail. Something seems odd here. Maybe we will see her going after Jinka next?

Delicious in Dungeon is a really fun show. Every character is very likeable, every episode is pretty funny and wholesome. And Trigger really pulled it off with the animation too.

Himmel is truly a legend. Man even motivating kids irl to do their homework.

Man is more then a hero :wow:

This is so fukking dope :wow: so glad the series is blowing up like this because it's so different from what usually blows up after an anime. It truly deserves it.

Himmel a visionary. Putting statues in every town and leaving a mark on a 1,000 years old elf that will thirst for him forever and keep his legend alive :wow:

Man Senshi is fukking hilarious :mjlol:. Dude holds no fears in trying different foods. But at the same time his wisdom is a part that gets under appreciated. Each episode he brings a little life lesson on the gang. Which is actually really cool when looking back on the episodes.

The Witch and the Beast Ep 4 adapted chapters 6+7. Pacing was rock solid in this episode. Series continue to showcase its excellent world building by introducing necromancy in this episode. Explaining it a manner that is easy to understand and interesting since it ties for this arc. Action scenes don't have the same brutality as the manga, but an enjoyable episode overall.

Weakest Tamer honestly has turned into the Friday show that I look forward to the most alongside Frieren. Outstanding visuals, a protagonist you can only root for that things will get better. It kind of has a nice adventure feel to it though you hope Ivy doesn't have to move between places too quickly.

The isekai aspect is more unique since the mind of Ivy's previous mind isn't Ivy herself, but that person makes comments. Which is pretty cool.

Sousou no Frieren episode 21 covered the last few pages of chapter 43 as well all of chapters 44+45. One addition I like what the anime did was Richter's explanation of the reason for defensive magics complexity. It was very straight forward comparing the visual of what it would look like if the spell was more complex. As opposed to the panel used in the manga.

Gotta be honest I had to double take hearing Serie's voice. :skip: It isn't bad but its far what I expected. Much deeper than I would have expected. But overall they did well with this episode. They did a fantastic job at delivering the fight between Frieren & Denken, Frieren breaking the barrier and Kanne and Lawine beating Richter.

I highly suspect the anime will end at chapter 60's conclusion. Leaving 7 episodes for 15 chapters. Man the planning for this anime is insanely good. Can't stop praising it even if I wanted to lol.

Regarding the episode itself. Man the one thing that came up between Denken and Frieren's fight is that Denken has a very similar love for magic as Frieren. That I thought was really cool. No surprise Frieren beat him, but his strength shouldn't be underestimated. The fact of the matter is that he went up against Frieren. Every human mage would struggle against her.

You know Laufen actually has grown a fonding for Denken. The point that he would be hurt was her concern. It was funny Denken got the Stille from raising his fists. Kind of ironic and hilarious. Denken stays one of my favorites in this series.

Frieren breaking the barrier really speaks on her belief that magic should be free. Kanne is one whom depends on water and the test was limiting that aspect. I would be curious on the type of test Frieren would have if she were instructing a part of the exam. Thanks to that assist, Lawine and Kanne were able to take down Richter, which was awesome. It serves the point they may be young, but they have their strength. After all they wouldn't be taking the exam if they didn't. And their teamwork was great as well.

Well we are on to the 2nd part of the exam. Man Stark must be feeling so relieved he has more alone time while the girls are taking the exam :mjlol:

Denken really comes across as a cool ass OG and Richter is about that BUSINESS, he doesn't give a damn about kids.

Frieren being an absent minded final boss is hilarious.

Denken is one of my favorite characters in the series. Man has quotes for days and his interest in magic is very similar to Frieren is actually cool. They did a great job showcasing Richter as the type of mage that Denken and I would assume Frieren loathes. Hell in this episode he could wiped out the girls much sooner and him underestimating them cost him. Once Frieren gave them the assist of rain it was GG.

Frieren just be casually bodying people. :mjlol: We had the same thing happened with Sukuna in JJK. She is such a high level all these other high level mages might as well be ants in terms of strength. In this episode she deadass broke the barrier and so casually as well.

We got a more focus on Suzune. And honestly partially thanks to her VA, she really shines whenever she is on screen. I really liked how it focused on her insecurities. Most people would think why wouldn't you want to go back home. Well for here it really showcased that she had to be a certain way that she felt tied down. In this fantasy world she can be herself. These two have slowly been bonding more and more.

This show continues to do a good job at building the relationship between these 3 friends and making it feel real and authentic. Most isekais immensely struggle to do this well.
