Sasaki and Peeps actually has a pretty cool concept for a fantasy show. It uses the isekai theme for exploring other worlds in exchanges to Japan is really cool. But dear god the end of episode 2 had some sus stuff. Japan adding that kind of shyt can ruin any great concept for a show.

Finally finished Ajin
the main character finally stepped up in the final 2 episodes
but only because the villain had to be stopped so he could live a quiet life, not to save thousands of innocents or his family, nikka gave zero fukks
Hate it got cancelled - would love a season 3

Finished the first season of Black Butler , damned good Anime even though the end did not quite hit for me
heard the second season is some Bullshyt though


Finally finished Darker than black
its was basically a lower Stakes Bungo stray Dogs that's not afraid to take out characters.

Started Beserk of Gluttony
its like a warped Final Fantasy

Sousou no Frieren episode adapted chapter 37 + 38. Towards then end of the episode they skipped the flashback of Himmel talking about he gets scared too. Tho I think its likely they will have it at the beginning of next episode instead of skipping it given with how the adaptation has been so far. Beyond that they really adapted the Dynamic between Kanne and Lawine very well and very much like how it was when I read the manga.

One noticeable thing in this episode you still see points where Fern still lacks confidence in her abilities. While there is a point where you may think it's Frieren being lazy, but its clear she has full confidence in Fern.

The whole catching a bird who can flee at the speed of light is gonna make this test harder then Frieren anticipated. Well she won't be bored with her group since she is paired with Kanne and Lawine. Frieren's group is like a grandmother with the grandkids who always fight. Kanne and Lawine are a lot of fun. Despite their fighting its clear that they are close friends. Kanne is more laid back and silly. While Lawine is much more serious and is the one to give Kanne the push she needs. Not to mention with how well they work together and how well their personalities gel with each other.

Undead Unluck last few episode has been running into the anime pacing problem you typically see from shounens. Pacing feels awful because its filled with already seen recaps/flashbacks and this episode another perspective on the fight that we saw already. When the last 2 episodes feels llke it only had new content of 1 episode in these past 2 episodes.

Honestly "The Wrong Way to use Healing Magic" also has been a refreshing first 2 episode. The cast is filled with personality. Usato instead of being a complainer like we see so many times puts his work and puts his mental frustration onto Rose. But via writing which is a great suggestion on her part. And Rose is not trying to make friends with Usato. She is trying to maximize his potential. Sometimes the best teachers in life are the hardest on us.

I think how we see both how Kazuki and Suzune do their best to stay in touch with Usato. In a way Usato motivates them and the same vice versa. It makes their friendship feel very authentic and real. Again isekais rarely get this right. Also the idea of using healing magic to push the limits in terms of training is a cool idea.

Watched episode 1 of the "The Weakest Tamer Begins a journey to pick up Trash". This was a beautifully animation, well directed episode one. Which I wasn't expecting at all.

So many isekais are wish fullillment in the sense I can be OP in another world. But here the Mc Ivy because of being a starless tamer loses her place and is hunted down. The way the episode illustrates the pain of her life up to where she is now is incredibly well done. Along the way she meets the weakest type of slime. Both her and the slime overcome things that people assume is their fate and what they can't accomplish. Really hitting me in the feels

What makes this even more impressive this Studio Massket's first anime. . This one aint for the action bros tho just gotta point that out if it aint obvious.

A Sign of Affection ep 2 continues what it did in ep 1 and doinga fantastic job at illustrating how the world is through Yuki's eyes. She was in a very very small deaf school and then she ventured into this massive world in college. For most people the jump to college isn't thought of as much. For Yuki she entered a new world surrounded by so many people. The fact that Yuki constantly goes by her day and never complains. I have a lot of respect for her.

Watched the first episode of "Bucchigiri?!", which is a deliquents with some fantasy elements anime original.

Good visuals as expected of mappa. The characters are very colorful and full of life. Lil mix of comedy is nice. Mc seems decent so far. I get the sense given how much Matakara looks up to him, I am getting a sense his mental fortitude is strong. I am curious how the Majin stuff will play out.

Arajin looks like some spin on Aladdin... but also The Pillar Men as his Stand.

Ragna Crimson episode 13 finished adapting Ch. 23, adapted all of 25-28 and the beginning of 29. Lil faster then I would have liked tbh.

The biggest thing for this cour is how the animation holds because lots of fights coming up. Got some nice character development for Shin with him going up against Ragna and calling him out to suggest why he even is fighting. After all it is their fight.
