Therefore, I'll be reading the manga now (which I doubt will get finished anytime soon )

man... REAL FUKKIN TEARS when that girl went back to the village in the NGL I was done. I stood no chance especially after everything went down with KANG just too much. That between Pitou/Gon da Gawd and Netero AKA SAMSARA vs KANG

Leorio though felt like the whole previous 100 episodes were all a build up to him putting Gon's dad on that summer jam screen Leorio fukked that scumbag up and shyt was on Worldstar in seconds made that dude famous in 15

Anybody watching death parade...I like the concept, the episodic nature worried me but the past few episodes have been leading me to believe it will actually not be episodic which I like.

I decided to give kuroko a chance...I'm on like episode 5..so far its ok...When does it really pick up so I can know if it's for me or not. I've never watched sports anime cause I've been skeptical of my ability to like them. I feel like the fantasy power/skill level of anime don't go well with sports but I'm always open to being corrected.

Probably the best anime of the season, which admittedly doesn't say much because this season is pretty basura but I really like the show's concept as well as the execution. Shaping up to be a Nu-Classic.

I've said this like ten times in this thread but the first half of the first season of DRRR!! is top level anime, while the second half is boring trash. The start of the 2nd season airing now feels very disjointed, but I remember that also being the case with the first season. The show boasts many great characters but at time it also becomes a bit too self-conscious and it becomes pretty much a hipster fest, like you can feel the makers' smugness about how clever everything is.

My conclusion, it's an anime that a lot of people do not like but still gets ranked high for a reason. When it's good, it is great, but when it's bad, the fans ignore it (see also Code Geass, Steins;Gate, Attack On Titan).

I just finished it yesterday..... it has a unique story thats kinda confusing till about ep 16, its like a lot of moving parts that are leading up to this big confrontation. Its decent.

For one if you're not much of a sports fan in general and don't play sports often then I don't see it appealing as much to you anyway. Two, the anime picks up once you start seeing all of the members of the generation of miracles and seeing how they play. Three, I don't think Kuroko is a good sports anime to start with if you haven't seen one before. Hajime no Ippo is the ultimate sports anime for people who hasn't gotten into them before IMO

Im pretty sure if Midorima ever gets into the zone hes going to be shooting full court 3s with his back to the basket.

I think it's been two. One when they were on the beach, and then the other when him and kuroko had a 1 on 1 while kuroko was thinking. Never attempted a layup in a game tho

What's really sad is that midorima gave him a speech about how Kagami is limiting his ability by always dunking and he completely ignored that advice and proceeded to dunk every time he goes to the basket the nikka even resorted to doing a double clutch dunk instead of developing touch off the backboard and laying it in

Naruto? Seriously. I don't mean to rain on your parade but the second half of that series called Shippuden the whole damn thing implodes on itself and the results are not good. Naruto is at its best with the Konoha invasion arc. It never really reaches those heights again.

Ok, You were right. Naruto is pretty boring now. On this star village shyt. Episode 181. Its pretty much just background noise now.

Well I do like sports and play it so thats not a problem. I did want to start with hajime no ippo but crunchyroll only got one season of it and I usually catch my anime thru hulu,CR, or netflix. I figure after some more exposure to the Generation of miracles will determine my thoughts on the show since I've only seen rise in action.
