Oh yea if you can't fully enjoy one option there is no point in forcing.

I mean the main goal is to keep up when it releases in Japan. It's just that there is a lack of resources when it comes to dubs. For subs they need to just get a good translation and making sure everything regarding the subs is on point.

Dubs are basically a whole new project. You gotta get voice actors, directors for each episode and more. I get the frustration on your end, but until more resources are given to dubs it is what it is at this point. :manny:
They need to do what Dr. Stone is doing.

Dead Mount Death Play Episode 22 finished adapting vol 8 with adapting chapters 69+ 70 as well as 71+72. I did notice they did are pushing a few pages for next episode and the finale. This rearrange will make things flow better then it did in the manga, so it is nothing to worry about.

In this episode there a few things that stand out. So Sabramond organization is responsible for creating whoever was the root of fire breathing bug and ironically spread themselves to others like the organization did. Also Civil is none as a failure and the encounter with Corpse God really set things forward.

I do love the conversation between Corpse God and Xiaoyu. Sure Xiaoyu's family was awful by all means, but he should cherish the family he has now thanks to Rozan. Sure you aren't related by blood like Polka, but just being around people that love you is a great feeling and he shouldn't take it for granted.

Am I literally the only breh in here that mostly watches Dub?

:russ: :mjlol:
I watch dub usually after the sub see how I feel bout which is better I do watch quite a bit of dub at times
Usually dub on Romance or sol I may go straight dub and not bother sub at all just depends on my mood
But if a anime has a good dub I’ll rewatch it both sub and dub which gives me a good rewatch
Ex like dbz series or hxh

Helck Ep 23 -

I got be honest with regards to the animation. While it hasn't been much better they way the story has buit up the tension, stakes and along with the amazing voice acting makes it all work. Each moment after Rafaed and Helck meet I am on the edge of my seat. This really is a showcase how great the story telling has been here.

I pray for a S2 announcement and I pray even harder for a cliffhanger to this show that isn't beyond cruel. :sadcam: (I do plan to read but I just want to binge read it when viz finishes translating it by the end of next year)

So Mikaros has been tracking Helck since him and Vamirio traveled through that gate. Unfortunately the demons that were set up camp were a causality. You know with a before the battle type of dialouge between helck and Vamirio you got a feeling this is going to be a big moment.

We are still not well known what is Rafaed's motivations still. But bringing Alicia (it's pretty obvious it's her) to go against Helck is so so cruel. I get the sense Alicia's presence is going to require Vamirio's support. But man you talk taking the element from the flashback arc and putting it in the finale of S1 dear fukking god this finale is gonna hurt. :mjcry:

No Doubt In Us is pretty solid. A Emperor and his wife who didn't get along so well were body swapped. She's a combat genius and he's shrewd and cunning. They each find ways to take advantage of their gifts in their new bodies and they also learn to appreciate each other. Watched the first season on Netflix of 24 episodes. About to dive into the second 24 episodes.

Xin words ring true here and showcased how a royal who thinks they are entitled to anything and treats commenders and their underlings like dirt. But when push comes to shove they will run away if they even have the slight hesitation. Meanwhile as shown by Zheng he was put in a horrible position, but continued to have the support of his man.

While the animation quality in Helck is nowhere near this bad as its more mediocore. But what both early Kingdom and Helck do well is making an interesting world, get you invested in your characters and have top tier voice acting. These type of things make a big difference where it gets you invested. For both of these series would it be better if the animation was consistently good? Yes.

But when the other areas of a show start to really deliver you start to notice your acceptance on visuals lessens. Obviously this doesn't apply to battle shounens since those series are like 90% fights and sometimes more.

Also episode 17 reminding how bad the visuals are :pachaha: :dead:
