I got bored and watched Beserk of Gluttony after saying I wouldn't cause I didn't like the manga, and actually enjoyed it.

The way he did Gazef was dirty AF.

Man was a whole protagonist archetype and got casually slumped and then had the nerve to imply it was out of respect. Didn't he run his pockets afterwards for his sword?

I deadass forgot that fight happened at the end of S3 cause it was such a big wash. Ains literally told him you would be throwing your life away.

Listen the world of Overlord is a game item drops are a fair game. He be nuts to not take that sword.

Helck Ep 14

Storytelling in Helck really coming together

This flashback arc is gonna finish up with some real emotional pain aint it

We get introduced to Alicia whom Helck fought with. I love their dynamic. Alicia had a lot of pride, but seeing someone like Helck be stronger then her with her sword kind of gave her a nice perspective. A lot of times people in that position would grow of envy, but it seems she benefited and become great comrades.

So Cless defeated the Demon Lord supposedly, but given the state of affairs we are in it makes me wonder. And I am anime only here.

Did Cless beat the real Demon Lord? I am to say that he did however since the monsters were not summoned by them given Vamirio's confirmation. In fact there is a huge snake setup by Raphaed. It makes you wonder he was able to tell that Helck had hero capabilities and most likely Cless as well. When you consider no other adult would be willing to help.

This makes me think that he knew the brothers capabilities. The two people that helped Cless beat the demon lord are not out of the clear in my eyes. Raphaed in my opinion has some relationship with the King in terms of influence and perhaps influenced them.

Now the question is all the people in the kingdom have Hero powers. Did the King or Raphaed told the people if this is the only way to defend yourself. Did the power of the hero that everyone received, was it originally from Cless? Which makes me think that Helck eventually learns the truth of the matter, but only too late.

First being Undead Unluck which a current long running manga in Weekly Shounen Jump. Tbh I heard that the manga is pretty repetitive and mediocore so I wasn't really too interested to try it. But the animation in the trailer was kind of insane and the animation in the opening sequence was amazing. Also the premise of an undead and unlucky person teaming up is interesting. Now the dynamic between the leads is the one big question mark of the show. Because Andy is kind of douche, but he does have one nice moment with him cutting Fuuko's hair. Theres a lot of trauma with Fuuko they can work with, but I did hear in the manga that it focuses more on Andy, which if true is unfortunate. Theres enough to stick with it. But wouldn't be surprised if this episode had people dropping it.

Checked this out and yea, with how quick it got into pervy fanservice I immediately knew it was prolly just some mid wrapped in good animation, might be some shyt I go back and watch once we hit a dry spell for anime


Every time I see straight up pointless sexual harassment and unrealistic acceptance of it I just imagine the writer never got ass in his life and is seriously living vicariously through the story

Makes me wonder how many of these mangaka have girlfriends/wives in real life

Another great Emmience in Shadow episode (2)

The big of the story was Mary's backstory. Sad that Queen Elizabeth wanted to be at peace with humans and it seemed like the adjustment was harder on her. But damn the Red Moon brought her insanity and Crimson gave her blood to lead her go rampant. Then her only choice was to kill herself cause there is no way for her to live like this, but of course Crimson won't let her rest in peace.

Honestly the bonding between Mary and Claire is really nice. Claire is really obsessive over Cid, but when they opened up to each other that was pretty nice. Claire being possessed and Mary being a vampire. Of course thank god Cid was around or Claire would have been dead. Also we get to see Rose again and she still hasn't let go of her feelings for Cid. Beta really would have tried to kill Mary if Claire wasn't around huh.

Cid just having fun. Apparently finding treasure is more important then making sure your sister is safe. Then again she is way too obsessive over him so I don't blame him. First we get him repeating the lines as Shadow back at Mary and then him finding Crimson and killing him. Cid is trolling and having so much fun he didn't realize he cut off the head off the big baddie. Well at least with what we know from this given episode.
