Ecchi not Hentai

Most of people in this thread won't recognize the difference. They'll try and portray both as the same thing.

Ecchi always involves some type of humor. It's supposed to be funny. The sexual situation are the subject of the humor.

Hentai exist to be porn in cartoon form. Maybe it could be funny but it's primary reason to exist is to depict sex not be funny.

It's like them calling American Pie films porn because they have nudity in comical sexual situations in it.
