Setsuna thinks very highly of herself like she's a God. The subtitles didn't capture her dialogue properly. Interested to see how this turns out.
Also, for me, JoJo part 3 didn't have any lulling moments. Part 4 I wasn't feeling Josuke but they had the best villain in Kira.
