You're not missing a whole lot watching the newer version. The old versions voice acting was better but you'll get used to the new one & enjoy it more

Really rushed ending too. Best part was them finding the fridge that Spike launched into space from Cowboy Bebop.
yeah at episode 4 the show hasn't even got to the base concept of what it's about. that's still the introductory period. when the main character actually founds the guild Log Horizon that's when the show gets good.I tried log horizon but it was soboring I threw it to the bushes by the 3rd or 4th episode.
