I've officially lived long enough to see wrestling come full circle where the white meat baby face character is the one fans clamor for again. Cody can drop a say your prayers and eat your vitamins promo and get a standing ovation.

And now I'm seeing some sheets saying this has been the plan since before the Rumble, so let's say you believe them on some things, you should believe them here. What's those people's excuses now if this has been the plan all along. HHH has stated at press conferences how people don't know the story and think they know how it ends mid act. This is why we have to let things happen, then once it's confirmed, react to it. This could still end up being Cody vs Roman, we have no idea. I wish people could say, "I don't know what will happen" and let it be but unfortunately, society doesn't work like that anymore and that's the sad part.

I was just having this conversation with my homie lol


WWE tricking fans into viewing the literal face of the company as some injusticed underdog is the biggest magic trick they’ve ever pulled.

they basically corrected every mistake they made with Cena. Cena was so damn invincible and oversaturated as the hero that we turned on him. “Cena wins LOL” became a meme. It got to the point where dudes were desperately begging and pleading for him to lose that title, and boycotting in protest of his run.

Meanwhile with Cody, homie has lost like 4 matches total in 3 years, is overexposed to the point where he’s presented as more important than the literal world champion of his show. Back to back rumble wins and mania main events.. and mfs want him to be champion so bad that they’re ready to hold an entire show hostage and burn down the entire building..


Cody really Teflon right now, and what’s even crazier is I feel like this shyt was all an accident
