26M for 2 years for Agholor:wtf:

How much is guaranteed?

If all our players go somewhere else and shine, is that still Howies fault for drafting them or our coaching staff?

Mills wasn't a star by any means but Belicek values versatility

Having a guy that can cover TEs, play corner, and is strong in run support has value in the league

good drafts are a perfect storm of identifying talent, developing the talent, and having the talent fit the system

if one of those areas is out of whack, it leads to mediocre or worse results

I know we had some mediocre drafts over the yrs, but the problem is we have not prioritized developing young guys the way that we should have

It would be nice if JJAW develops into a WR3, if Fulgham & Raegor can become strong starting WRs, and if Miles Sanders develops into a top 4 or 5 back

On the def end, hoping Barnett is a late bloomer, hoping Wallace becomes entrenched as a starter at S, and hoping we draft at least 3 defensive starters in the draft

So you think it was the coaching fault

Coaching was a big problem. We didn't prioritize developing talent through the draft. If guys didn't pan out, we always looked to sign vets in FA. We need 3-4 starters from every draft. This yr, we need to find 5.
