Its undeniable that the offense worked better with Jalen back there.
Most of the criticism i see, tries to paint him as this tebow like qb who cant play a pro pass game.
Thats not at all what i saw last year. Hes extremely comfortable in the pocket. Has a big arm with good velocity. And his ability to break long runs out of broken plays looked very vick-ish to me.
Obviously he has work to do and needs to become more consistent and just keep improving, but the negative narratives i hear about him dont reflect what i saw

The important thing is that the Eagles managed to clear cap space for 2022. If Hurts pans out or they hit on a rookie QB in this draft, then at least the Eagles will enter 2022 with an extra 1st or 2nd and there’ll be a ton of cap space with which to rebuild the team. So it’s not all bad.
Just gotta hope Wentz stays healthy and doesn’t get benched in Indy.

This deal has high L potential for the Eagles. If Wentz is healthy and Colts are average at worst then the 1st rounder won't even be high.
Because I don’t think Hurts is good and we have a premium pick to take a new QB with. I’m thinking beyond 2021 here. If the Eagles can find a QB this year, they can focus on rebuilding in 2022 with more picks and a better cap situation.

I told the guy whos been doing his best to ruin the thread to go be a colts fan if hes upset enough to hope this doesnt work and wants to troll ppl here going forward.
I said that Vick thing in regards to his ability to break the pocket and take off all year. He really does remind me of vick in those scrambles in the way that you see a pocket collapse, think "oh fukk" and then blink and hes already past the 1st down mark with green grass all around him. Its shocking and really does remind me of vick
