Well i think its because of the contract too. If Wentz restructures it will make it easier for birds to ask for a first rounder. He aint doing that. Aint nobody taking that contract plus give up a 1st rounder. Its gonna have to be a 3 or 4 way deal. I can see colts jets involvedThis trade situation and us not even being offered a first round pick for him and the other teams ready to have a standstill might’ve ruined his confidence even more

Pitts. At this point, Its not even a debate for me between the two. Its an automatic for Pitts atm.
Better question for me would be, what happens if Chase and Pitts are gone. Would I rather have Devonta, Sewell, Parsons or trade back. That"s much harder to answer imo.Not sure what the rest of the fan base thinks though.

I think Pitts is gonna be really good, but i kinda feel like we have talented guys to work the middle of the field. Goedert is also a million times better at blocking.
Id rank them (as far as our needs) Chase , Smith and then Pitts.
I might take Parsons before Smith in the scenario you mentioned, but i think theres little to no chance of that.
I still like Farley alot in that kinda situation.
Also think a trade down if Chase is gone is a really good option
