I bought the house I grew up in for 1700$ on Devonshire between Warren and Outer Drive. Devonshire is still a nice block so it was a steal for sure. The house was already in great condition cause I moved in when my Aunt let it go into forclosure. I got a nice ass crib for used car money lmao.

I always said that Outer Drive is a big ass front for the city. Damn near all of Outer Drive looks nice, you can ride it thru the whole city, and you NEVER see police riding up the street. All houses on Outer Drive in most areas are still nice as fukk, and big as fukk. I would love to find me one of those for the low low. But as soon as you hit one of them streets, the whole vibe changes lol.

Yep, on East Warren ALL of the houses are brick so its a definite steal over here. On top of that, this area is #1 priority in the city to get revamped and they have started tearing down a lot of abandoned houses. Hopefully the value rises significantly over the next few years. I love my hood, and I would love to see it make it back to where it was in the early 90's.
