16 ounces = 1 pound
2.2046 pounds = 1 kilogram

You must've had a typo and ran with it. A 6'0" man at 107 pounds is in a coffin.


He can play pop Warner football with 10-12 year olds... And still be undersized since the weight limit is 135 :merchant:

I can't believe people actually buy into calisthenics talk from a dude that's roided out of his mind.

Anyways I liked kali better when he was pushing his jail nutrition program where he was talking about eating 10 packs of ramen noodles and Twinkies to get gains.

No. Its cause you don't need to be lean to be elite at bench pressing. However, to be elite at pullups requires you to be lean because excess body fat makes that exercise more difficult since you are moving your body in space in opposition to gravity. Compare that to the bench press where you are laying on your back. Your body has no stimulus forcing it to be lean to accomplish that exercise.

Calisthenics by the nature of its exercises requires the body to become lean. The same sort of requirement doesn't exist when lifting weights.
You can be swole and be good at calisthenics. What’s the point of saying you gain “strength” through calisthenics/pull-ups, when the moment you gain more pounds via muscle gains, you can no longer do as many reps of pull ups you once could? Pull ups are supposed to give you strength no matter how many lbs you gain. The truly strong, are those who can do plenty of pull ups and body weight movements despite being on the muscular/bigger side. Anyone can do pull ups if you’re underweight.

This thread something else. You got a nikka in here saying he 107 pounds and anything over 110 is obese? Must be a pre teen
