If you take two guys that are the same exact size and have one do pushups only while the other does high volume weight training, he will be bigger and stronger than the guy that only does pushups.
On the other hand, if you take those same two guys and have one do a gang of push ups while the other does low volume strength training, the guy that does pushups may look bigger and be more cut but the guy strength training will obviously be stronger.
Don't you weigh like 120?
