Kali Muscle ain't too bright, and is a c00n. I remember when Kanye said we accepted slavery, and Kali said he agreed to a stream full of white people. So I asked him did he feel that way about the jews, and he ignored it, until he saw people laughing then he said I was a troll. Didn't answer, though

But both are resistance training, but weights give you strength, calisthenics give you endurance with enough strength to handle whatever weight you're at. Weights can give endurance if you lift To a high rep. To gain size is about food

This is BS, calisthenics are the new wave and he's capitalizing. If you take two guys that are the same exact size and have one do pushups only while the other does high volume weight training, he will be bigger and stronger than the guy that only does pushups.

On the other hand, if you take those same two guys and have one do a gang of push ups while the other does low volume strength training, the guy that does pushups may look bigger and be more cut but the guy strength training will obviously be stronger.

Weights are a blessing, idk what you're talking about

In order to get the health gains you get from weights will take you much longer with calisthenics. I like both of them, but done right, weights are king just due to how fast they strenghten up your nerves
