I’m not getting into the accident N is he or isn’t he cuz Spence prolly won’t even kno until that first good shot lands on him

But Spence is a big ass dude for 147.... N it’ll be 14 months since he had to make that weight... I’m more :jbhmm: how that’s goin go or if that will effect him... in the interview like 2 weeks ago or so Spence was like “Weight is uhh ok:ld:

Besides One Time most nikkas who are big for a weight N haven’t fought in a long time have a lil struggle whether on the scale or in the ring
Yea I'm expecting both guys to be rusty early on just cause of the layoff. That's when Danny will have to do some damage. But once the punches start flying then we'll really know where Spence is at physically. This shyt could go badly for him. But I just gotta take his word for it at this point. If this was Crawford I don't think spence takes this fight. But Spence has already said he doesn't think Danny could fukk with him even not being 100%. It could bite him in the ass but I think he'll prove to be the same guy once the fight is over. The first few rounds are gonna be intense as hell though :wow:

Him and his team been going hard in the gym since February. I don't think the decision to take this fight came easily. They really believe he's ready. So we gotta take that for what's it's worth. If they say he's the same then I have no choice but to believe it. At this point what choice do we have?

I have no reason to dispute the opinion of the people who are with him every single day. Especially when we literally have no evidence to suggest the opposite. It's all just speculation. Spence says he's 100% so that's what I'm expecting to see. I think Spence has way too much future money at stake to let himself get into a fight he's not ready for.

Cosign this to the fullest.

No, I don’t have to take it for what it’s worth. This is how the man makes money. Where else is he going to get a purse of 8M in one night? I guarantee 90% of the boxers would fight for 8M being less then 100%. Hell they’d jump in there at 50%.

If YOU want to work under the assumption that he’s 100%, that’s fine. Hell he may be. However, you can’t expect others to just roll with that opinion when we know the game.

I mean you actually do have to take it for what it's worth because he's fighting in 3 days regardless:yeshrug:.....errols word is all we have to go by. Whether you wanna accept that or not, that's the situation at hand. I have no reason to believe Errol and his team aren't telling the truth. The talk of money issues and cognitive decline are nothing more than baseless assumptions.

I'm sitting here thinking how ridiculous I sound for hoping that Spence isn't affected by the car accident -- he flew out of a flipped Ferrari, of course he won't be the same. Surviving the car accident and being able to continue his career is nothing short of a miracle, but I'd still feel like we were robbed of something if Spence ain't ever the same again.

Truly, I'm hoping for Spence to return like nothing happened.

Same bro same... for fukkery purposes, I kinda want Danny to pull off the huge upset. 147 would be in a crazy clusterfukk...

More than likely he outworks/out points Swift to a decision, but I wouldn’t be surprised if Danny hurts him if he lands a clean, flush shot. Seeing how Spence looks and can take a hard punch in the face makes this the most intriguing aspect of this fight other than the Clash of Styles each fighter brings to the table.

The nygga said the event and road back was so traumatizing that he wanted to quit boxing. Anytime someone says that, I gotta take a wait and see approach.

As long as Danny has been at 147 I haven't heard this much acclaim when talking about his power. I'm seeing quite a few Danny by KO predictions and people talking about how great his power is. Am I missing something? Or has Danny's power always been talked about to this degree at 147?
You’re right . It’s solely due to the accident and no one knows how EJ will react if he gets hit flush. Keith Thurman and others have acknowledged that Swift is a hard puncher, obviously not as strong as he was at 140 though.I don’t blame anyone’s opinion about this when you look at the picture of Spence in the hospital bed after the accident, how he’s talking etc.

Coli doctors/specialists working overtime :dead:

lol

I believe Spence is 100% as far as everyday life shyt. Now is he 100% for a career like boxing? I believe the question is valid. Most people of the coli have never even sparred, so they don’t understand the rigors of boxing. We will find out on Saturday.
