Spence and his team admitted his last few camps have basically been fat camps just to get in shape/shed lbs, it was clear breh was blowing up heavy in between fights compared to earlier in his career where he was always in shape/thin.



Sounds like the dentures/or veneers (whatever he has) to me, in other recent interviews he sounds perfectly fine. The front teeth controls speech and how words come off, Spence lost his. I know they say breh didnt break any bones but with the length of time his mouth was closed due to swelling and etc im sure some TMJ was developed as well. If it was head trauma he would sound cognitively delayed and the speech imperfections would be consistent. Spence was lucky to have been thrown from the car instead of being trapped inside bouncing his head around to a permanent disabled state or death, with auto accidents thats how "most" of head trauma and spinal damage happens.

I had some connections with the facility old dude from the red wings went to for a bit after his accident. Im not authorized to speak on that with much detail but compared to others ive been around with brain injury from those incidents, Errol seems okay to me. I think his biggest foe will be timing and ring rust. I dont think his pops, trainer or the docs would cosign him fighting if scans and cognitive test were off, or if he was getting worked/not responding well to sparring. The true answer will be on fight night

I’ve never heard someone sound like that with vaneers. I have with dentures and brain damage. But he doesn’t sound cognitive delayed, unless he is and we just havnt picked it up.

Errol will beat Danny convincingly as long as he boxes from the outside and goes to the body while smothering Danny’s work.

Danny thinks EJ going to be aggressive and try to bang out with him like he did with Porter. That’s actually why he was excited to take the fight based on what Keith Thurman said. He thinks Errol gets hit too much and doesn’t have good defense.

But what Danny, and even Porter, never really acknowledge is that Errol WANTED to fight that way and made it a dog fight because he wanted to beat Porter at his own game. If they are banking on that they’re going to end up getting blown out the water.

All Errol has to do is feint Danny to death...double and triple the jab and break him down with good body work. Only thing I worry about with EJ is he has to watch out for that pull counter from Danny. He got caught by Mikey Garcia with that punch and Danny will try to capitalize off that. And if Danny catch him with it he could hurt him.

Idk about a KO (it could happen) but it should be an easy W and the best performance against Danny from any of the top welters.

At this point all the speculation of Errol being the same doesn't even matter. Him and his team took the fight. They believe he's 100% so I'm expecting to see the best version of Errol Spence. No excuses. Said he's been in the gym everyday since February. So he could be better than ever

thats not always 100 percent..ive said it before..there are fighters out there that are medically unfit to box..whether they say it or not

with that being said..spence looked off as fukk as yesterday during that final press conference..enough for me to go

If he went through the proper protocol like he said he did then any triggers would have been picked up with test and daily activity. Cats can sound perfectly normal and still have a TBI. We all have brain injuries in some aspect/range, its pretty much impossible to go through a long life without some wear and tear. Ive seen cats come out of auto accidents unable to talk at all/in need of speech therapy and only get back to 50% of what they were vocally. In regards to speech I've bitten my tongue so many times its to the point its enlarged a bit and sometimes I have to focus quite often to enunciate words properly, and I didnt even know I was sounding that way until I listened to recordings of myself. Not the same as a brain injury of course but breh could have sustained oral injuries there too.

I will say this it will be a very bad look on his team if by chance something is wrong and it was still signed off for breh to keep competing. Brain injuries are nothing to play with. Im along the lines of thinking there was some integrity used here.

I thought the same...they were rushing him to come back right after the accident and got him out there on TV for interview. He didn't seem good then and he still doesn't seem like he's 100%. This could be bad for him

my own musings on this was bruh had a war with shawn porter..he took some punishment..then shortly after gets into a crazy car accident...thats a lot of blunt force trauma to take in a short period of time

but even if he gets through this fight fine...im going to need a minimum of like 3 fights in a row with nothing that makes me go before im like ok he's good
