They aren't much better than red eyes.
I'm probably dreaming but I'd rather a fresh mind like Jay Wright from Villanova.
I wish Nate McMillan was available as well. I believe his son is already on our staff.
Apparently there's credible rumors the Pacers might fire him in the offseason??
Which seems completely ridiculous to me considering he has been maybe the league's most consistent overachiever as a coach with regards to roster talent over the past couple of years, but what do I know. If he's really available Griffin should be sued for malpractice if we don't at least give him an interview; he's easily 100x better than Gentry and no matter how depleted his rosters are by injuries he always has his guys that are out on the court fighting with everything they got every game, regardless of how badly they might be outmatched. This team and organization in general has been in desperate need of that kind of passion and attitude ever since CP3 left.
And yes, his son Jamelle is an assistant coach on our staff again after a stint in Phoenix. Hell I'd take a chance at giving him the reigns over another unbearable season ofat this point.
I would like to see Lonzo with Jrue, truth be told with Jrue, Ingram, and Zion..he becomes the 4th option to have the ball and he is pretty useless without it. They need a Danny Green type of guy to have at the 2 and they need a stretch 5.Agreed, we'll see how serious Griffin is about turning us into a possible contender in the years to come starting this off-season. McMillan consistently has done less with more and is a little underrated in my opinion.
We got BI and Zion. Those are pieces we can possibly build around.
Jrue Holiday needs to be moved in the off-season. Derrick Favors needs to be sent out to the pasture. You need a stretch 5 to spread the floor with guys like BI and Zion.
I'm not sure about Zo right now, he's shows flashes of brilliance with his floor vision and passing , but he is not a scoring threat at all which will eventually be a problem.
Jaxon Hayes is a raw project player that isn't ready yet. Melli is the one other bright spot other than BI and Zion and he's more of 6th man off the bench in my opinion, but he can be that stretch 5 in spurts, but our team D well have to improve.
@ how well we're playing right now
