From day zero....Microsoft should have just focus mainly on software and not so much hardware, given the hard facts:

• Xbox OG- Big fat worthless slept on gem with a potential online service
• 360- A broken hot mess with GOAT games and a top tier online service
• XBONE- a forgettable system that got shytted on for the digital ideals (eventually, gamers had to bend the knee and accept the prophecy)
• X Series - lmao

All in all, Microsoft track rate concerning hardware sucks. I say this as a former Best Buy rep, trying to sell a Surface and their phones to the average consumer was a pain in the fukking ass, but their services easily due to the innovation and accessibility. Folks on suicide watch over something that was mentioned ages ago of how trashed the hardware was, but their first party games were essential.

At the end of the day, it's going to be where folks continue this fanboy/console bullshyt, but the real winner is the customer because we all can eat with exclusives and not have to go out of our way to buy a bunch of consoles that will be outdated within the time it takes to throw on a trailer.
